Contract/MOU language for MUSICat Artist Payments Service

We can add the following language to our existing MOU or contract with a library as needed:

Rabble will serve as payor for The Library to individuals The Library contracts with for the non-exclusive use of their recordings via its MUSICat Artist Payments Service. Musician payments shall be Library determined, from $100-275 for each album (not to exceed $550 annually for each musician). Rabble will invoice a 10% service fee per Artist Payment. Artist payments will be made within 30 days of license agreement signing, fee invoices will be monthly or at close of the submission round as applicable. Rabble will return any undistributed artist payment funds to The Library no later than a month from The Library’s end date for the submission round, which The Library may push to a later date simply by giving Rabble two weeks notice via email.
