Submissions

Here, you can open and close submission rounds, set date ranges that appear on the submission page, honorarium amount, number of tracks accepted in the Submission Form, and provide the Submission Round Prefix (e.g. 2017-summer), the label by which submissions are sorted in admin and public interfaces.

Check “Show Submissions Link” for a link to the Submission page to appear on your MUSICat homepage. If you leave “Show Submissions Link” unchecked, but open submissions, you can navigate directly to the /submit page, but a link to it will not appear on your MUSICat home page. Note that you must uncheck the “Submissions Open” box and save that configuration to close submissions.

Optional Customized Submissions Pages Text

The option to create custom text on pages that are related to Submissions: on the /submit, /submit/album-data, and /submit/thankyou pages. Use markdown to customize text. Note that you will also need to check the box, for each page, that specifies that you want to use the Customized text, otherwise the site will continue defaulting to the existing standard text.
