Email Templates

Email templates allow administrators to edit the emails that MUSICat sends to artists.

Find “Email” under “Templates” in the Admin Menu. (“Banners” and “Licenses” are still not-fully-functional stubs there.)

Admins can create new email templates and edit existing ones. For all sites, default email templates exist, but are (in most cases) not yet populated in this interface.

To first access default templates, you will create a new email template, and then select a purpose. A “Reset to Default Template” button will appear when a purpose is selected. Clicking this will populate the form with your site’s existing email template. Edit as you’d like, or not. Save when you’re finished. Access your saved templates in the left-hand queue.
